Project terms & deposit policy.
Project deposit
Every project begins with a non-refundable project deposit: $99 for Starter ($499 total), $140 for Business ($799 total), or $199 for Pro ($1,199 total). The deposit reserves your project slot and pays for onboarding review, initial strategy, initial homepage direction, and initial visual and content structure.
Remaining balance
The remaining project balance ($400 for Starter, $650 for Business, or $1,000 for Pro) is due after you review and approve the initial direction. If you decide not to continue after reviewing the initial direction, you do not owe the remaining balance. The initial direction is not transferred as a finished project unless the remaining balance is paid.
Scope & revisions
Each package includes up to three core pages and two revision rounds after the initial direction is approved. Larger scope additions can be quoted separately. Custom CRM, prospecting, automation, reporting, e-commerce beyond a small product listing, and custom software are outside the fixed packages and are handled separately through JR Digital Ventures LLC.
Delivery timing
The initial direction is delivered within three business days after complete onboarding. Complete onboarding means every required field, asset, and clarification has been submitted. The full project is not guaranteed to launch within three days.
Third-party services
Domain registration, hosting, email deliverability, calendar providers, payment processing, and other third-party services are billed separately by their providers and remain under your ownership.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Deposits are non-refundable because work has already begun. If the balance has not been paid, the initial direction is not transferred.
